The accounts and audit were completed to a very high standard of accuracy, and they complied with the Companies and Charities Acts, and SORP 2005.  They were ready to send to the Charity Commission within the deadline.

I was delighted that you attended our AGM and did an excellent job of presenting the accounts to our trustees and other guests. It was noted  by people from a non-financial background that you explained the accounts document in plain English, so everyone present could follow how funds had been allocated and spent.

We were introduced to you by our previous accounting firm and other Home-Start Charities.  You showed enormous sensitivity, understanding, patience, and helped us get our accounts in order.  We had coped with many, many changes the year before, and had some difficulties in negotiating the change from a charity to a charitable company.  We felt you showed great initiative in the way that you dealt with our difficulties, and that you supported us through the process.

      The board of directors at Hornsey Lane Estate Tenants Association would like to thank you for your tremendous help to our organisation in helping us get back on our feet. The telephone support service that you provide as part of your package is indeed invaluable to the organisation. I must emphasise the polite, warm and welcoming tone on the phone encourages us as an organisation to feel comfortable enough to call up at any time without hesitating to think that perhaps we will be turned away.
